Patrick Joey Brannan, Jr. was named superintendent of Eufaula City Schools by the Board of Education in December 2018. At the beginning of his career, Mr. Brannan taught for seven years in Eufaula City Schools and then left Eufaula for Ozark. Brannan served in Ozark City Schools as an assistant principal, school improvement director, principal and assistant superintendent.

Mr. Brannan completed his Bachelor of Science degree at Troy University in political science, his Master of Science at Auburn University Montgomery in secondary education/social science and his administrative certification at Troy University.

Brannan and his wife, Amber, who is also an educator, have two children—Bailey and Trey.

Deltonya Warren was named assistant superintendent of Eufaula City Schools in January 2019. Mrs. Warren began her tenure at Eufaula City Schools as the dropout prevention coordinator at Eufaula High School in 1990. She has taught first, second and fifth grades. Additionally, she worked for one year for the State Department of Education as a special services teacher. She began working in the central office in 1999 as the Parenting/Preschool Coordinator, was later named Director of Instruction and also served as the Director of Federal Programs and Early Childhood Education.

Mrs. Warren is married to Jessie, who is also an educator. They have three children--Jessica, Breanna and Justin.

Roshanda Lewis, a native of Lower Peachtree, Alabama, completed her bachelor's degree in elementary education at Alabama State University, her master's degree in educational administration, and an educational specialist degree in instructional leadership from the University of West Alabama. Dr. Lewis received her Doctor of Education in Rural Education from the University of West Alabama in 2024.  She also received National Board Certification in 2008 and renewed her certification in 2017.
